According to Cresa market data, modern office space capacity in Warsaw will exceed 6 million square meters in the first quarter of 2021. At this point, 1.2 million square meters are still under construction.

1. Office to rent – Varso Tower
The centrally located complex of three Varso Tower buildings will accommodate offices, a hotel, restaurants, and the highest observation deck in Poland, offering panoramic views over Warsaw.
