The Skysawa building (previously called the PHN C-Tower) is one of the most modern office buildings in the capital, located next to Rondo ONZ, in Warsaw city center. The complex will become the new headquarters of PKO Bank Polski (the largest financial institution in Poland), which has recently signed a lease agreement for approx. 35 thousand sqm.
According to PHN (Polish Real Estate Holding), the complex has been the largest transaction on the commercial real estate market in Warsaw in over a year. The complex designed by PBPA Projekt and PHN will comprise two buildings, including a 40-story tower (155m).
Equipped with highly efficient heat recovery systems, solar collectors, and a rainwater recycling system, both buildings have received the BREEAM Interim sustainable construction certificate at the highest Outstanding level. The office building is scheduled to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2022.
Skysawa is one of Poland’s first commercial use buildings to be connected by a direct underground passage with a Metro station.
