The company, founded in 2015, creates a convenient and easy connection between customers and their service providers, all with the use of a mobile phone app. With over 9 million bookings per month worldwide across 100 countries, Booksy works with major tech brands such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and Yelp and provides a seamless booking experience directly on their platforms.
The challenge
The Booksy team consists of almost 1000 people, located across 7 countries, including the USA, Brazil, and the UK. The largest of the groups works in Poland, so the company wanted to find a new office in Warsaw for 125 workstations in total, which would serve as the headquarters for and would be adapted to the realities of working in a hybrid model.

Our Client leased a total of 1.5 thousand sqm, that is, an entire floor of the 195-meter office building. Rated “Excellent” in the BREEAM certification system, the Skyliner exhibits facades that prevent excessive overheating and heat loss, and ventilation with a heat recovery system. The ozone-neutral cooling technology, energy-efficient lighting, air pollution source control make the Skyliner an excellent example of sustainable architecture.

The Skyliner is located at Prosta 67 near Rondo Daszyńskiego in the Wola district of Warsaw.
The building has been dubbed one of the best-connected office buildings in Warsaw, situated by a subway stop (just 8 meters distance), by the main bus and tram junctions, and within walking distance of Warszawa Główna train station.
The Skyliner also offers its tenants an elegant Skybar (situated over 165 meters above the ground,) showcasing a breathtaking panorama of the city and an impressive 16m tall main lobby.
