The challenge
At ShareSpace, we faced an unusual challenge. Allianz was looking for a temporary office where the sales department could work for two months due to the renovation of the original headquarters.
The sales team had to move to the temporary office quickly in order not to disrupt the workflow. It was not an easy task, as the salespeople work under constant time pressure. They also use specific software and IT infrastructure. Quick and efficient moving was therefore vital to maintain the continuity of work. Moreover, the temporary office was supposed to boost productivity and allow a comfortable working environment.
